T’ai Chi is proven to boost the immune system and slow the aging process; reduce anxiety, tension, depression and high blood pressure. T’ai Chi has been proven to be the most effective balance and coordination conditioner in the world.
T’ai Chi is simple and easy to do, yet benefits us on many deep and complex levels. T’ai Chi’s slow, relaxed movements incorporate breathing and relaxation techniques that cleanse our mind, body, and emotions each time we go through the gentle movements. T’ai Chi is designed to uncover and release every single place we hold tension or blocked energy.
